Jane “Nightbirde” Marczewski (December 1990-February 2022)
“Nightbirde” was a singer/songwriter virtually her whole life. In 2021, she auditioned for America’s Got Talent where she received the coveted Golden Buzzer for her original song, “It’s OK.” Soon after that, due to her declining health, she decided to withdraw from the competition to focus her energy on her four-year battle with cancer. Sadly, she lost that battle in early 2022 at the age of 31.

She chose her stage name “Nightbirde” because she wanted to sing through dark times with the steadfast hope that there would be a new morning. Her inspirational positivity and optimism are attributes that we all need to keep in our hearts.
